SCAT followers!

South Carolina was devastated by floods last week. Many roads were destroyed and dams broken. The National Guard was called to assist the states recovery efforts. Unfortunately, once recovery is complete, South Carolina will have many roads to repair and dams to fix. Many have argued that this will reignite the debate surrounding the gas tax. What are the thoughts of our followers on this issues? Should a temporary tax be put in place to fund these recovery efforts? Will the devastating effects of the flooding temporarily increase the support of raising the gas tax?
